5 concerns
The conversations most men postpone until they have to.
Up twice in the night, and calling it normal. Energy that used to simply be there. A gym that has stopped giving anything back. A conversation with a doctor that you have been meaning to have for about two years.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
- Pelvic WellnessSit fully clothed while the chair works the pelvic floor for you.
- PEMF Scalar TherapyPulsed magnetic fields, tuned to a frequency chosen for your concern.
- PhysiotherapyHands-on assessment and movement work, for when movement itself is the problem.
- Hydrogen WellnessMolecular hydrogen, simply breathed in, for oxidative stress and recovery.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Hormonal Balance (Men)
Men experience hormonal shifts throughout their lives, and the effects can be far-reaching. Fatigue, mood changes, weight gain, reduced motivation, and a general sense of "not feeling like yourself" are often linked to hormonal imbalance.
Pelvic Floor Strength (Men)
The male pelvic floor is a group of muscles that supports the bladder, bowel, and sexual function. Over time, these muscles can weaken due to ageing, sedentary lifestyle, chronic straining, obesity, or recovery from prostate procedures.
What we would suggest
Prostate Wellness
Prostate concerns are among the most common wellness issues men face as they age, yet many hesitate to seek support. Whether it is frequent urination, discomfort, or simply a desire to maintain long-term prostate health, addressing these concerns early can make a meaningful difference in quality of life.
What we would suggest
Sexual Wellness (Men)
Sexual health is deeply connected to confidence, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life. When concerns arise, whether related to performance, desire, stamina, or comfort, the effects ripple through every aspect of daily living.
What we would suggest
Testosterone Support
Testosterone levels naturally decline with age, typically beginning in a man's mid-thirties and progressing gradually. This hormonal shift can manifest as persistent fatigue, reduced muscle mass, lower motivation, mood changes, weight gain around the midsection, and diminished sexual drive.

Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No. Nothing here is a substitute for medical care, and we will not ask you to stop or change anything a doctor has prescribed. These are wellness sessions that sit alongside it.
- Do you test testosterone, or screen the prostate?
- No to both. We do not run blood work and we do not screen for disease. If you want those numbers, your doctor is the right person, and getting them first often makes a plan here more sensible anyway.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- We review at four. Early enough to change course, long enough to be a fair trial. If nothing has shifted by then, we would rather say so than sell you a longer course.
- Is the pelvic floor work private, and what does it involve?
- You stay fully clothed and seated for 28 minutes in the NariaTech Chair. Nothing is internal, there is no examination, and you are in a room on your own with the door shut.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- Usually yes, and plans here are often layered. We work the order and spacing out at Frequency Mapping.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
