4 concerns
Training stresses the body. Recovery is where the change happens.
The session you paid for is not the part that makes you stronger. Legs still heavy on Thursday. A shoulder that is fine until the third set. An old ankle that quietly decides what the week looks like. Most people train deliberately and recover by accident.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
- Infrared SaunaDeep, dry warmth that reaches you at a far lower air temperature than a steam room.
- Cupping TherapySuction cups that draw fresh blood flow into tight, stagnant muscle.
- PhysiotherapyHands-on assessment and movement work, for when movement itself is the problem.
- PEMF Scalar TherapyPulsed magnetic fields, tuned to a frequency chosen for your concern.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Endurance and Performance
Endurance is not just about willpower. It is about how efficiently your cells produce energy, how well your body manages oxidative stress, and how quickly your cardiovascular system delivers oxygen to working muscles.
What we would suggest
Flexibility and Mobility
As we age, or as we push our bodies through repetitive training, flexibility naturally decreases. Stiff muscles, tight fascia, and reduced range of motion limit not just athletic performance but everyday comfort.
What we would suggest
Muscle Recovery
Whether you are recovering from an intense workout, managing the demands of a competitive training schedule, or simply returning to fitness after time away, muscle recovery is essential to progress and injury prevention. At the cellular level, recovery involves repairing micro-damage to muscle fibres, clearing metabolic waste products, reducing inflammation, and restoring energy to depleted cells.
What we would suggest
Cupping Therapy, Infrared Sauna, PEMF Scalar Therapy, Physiotherapy
Sports Injuries
Whether it is a sprained ankle, a strained muscle, or a nagging soft tissue issue that will not resolve, the frustration of being sidelined is real. At Gayatri AI in Mumbai, we offer non-invasive, technology-driven recovery support designed to help your body's natural repair processes.

Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No. Nothing here is a substitute for medical care, and if you are under a physiotherapist or a surgeon for something specific, we work around their plan rather than across it.
- Before or after training?
- After, for most of it. Sauna and cupping suit a rest day or an evening rather than the hour before a hard session. If you are training the same day, tell us and we will place it sensibly.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- We review at four. Early enough to change course, long enough to be a fair trial. If nothing has shifted by then, we would rather say so than sell you a longer course.
- I have a competition coming up. Is this a good time to start?
- Not the week of it. Cupping in particular can leave marks and a day of feeling worked on, which is not what you want on a start line. Start in a build phase, not a taper.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- Usually yes, and recovery work layers well. The order matters more here than in most areas, so we set it at Frequency Mapping.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
