Heat that goes deeper than steam
An infrared sauna is a modern wellness device that uses infrared light to generate heat, directly warming the body without significantly heating the surrounding air.
What it is
The Infrared Sauna Cabin is a US-built, single-occupant full-spectrum infrared cabin. Unlike a steam sauna which heats the air around you, the cabin’s infrared wavelengths warm your body directly, at a more tolerable ambient temperature (43 to 60°C versus 80 to 90°C for steam). The lower temperature means longer comfortable sittings and easier on the breath.
What a session is like
You change in the private adjoining room, take a fresh towel, and sit on the cabin’s bench. The session runs 30 minutes. By the 15-minute mark most members notice a generous sweat and a calm full-body warmth. You drink water afterwards in the recovery area before changing back into your clothes.
Who makes it
Infrared Sauna Cabin is manufactured by Sunlighten in USA. The device is in use in approximately 60 countries worldwide. We hold certifications and source from established manufacturers to ensure equipment is built to international quality standards.
