In short: we collect the least we can, we never sell it, and anything you tell us about your health stays between you and the practitioner treating you.

Who we are

Gayatri AI is a wellness centre operated by Dpanjali Healthcare Services LLP, with locations in Thane and Andheri West, Mumbai. This policy covers gayatriai.com and the enquiries that reach us through it.

What we collect, and why

When you enquire. Your name, phone number, email and whatever you choose to tell us about why you are getting in touch. This reaches us by WhatsApp, phone or email. We use it to answer you and to arrange a session, and for nothing else.

When you become a member. The health information you share at intake, and the records of your sessions. This is the sensitive part and we treat it that way: it is used to design and adjust your plan, it is seen only by the practitioners involved in your care, and it is never used for marketing.

When you read the site. Standard web server logs, which include your IP address, browser and the pages you requested. These are kept briefly, for security and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s information to anybody.

Your health information

Under Indian law this counts as sensitive personal data, and it carries obligations we take seriously. In practice that means it is collected only with your knowledge, used only for your care, kept only as long as it is useful to that care, and shared outside the centre only if you ask us to, or if a law requires it.

We are a wellness centre and not a clinic. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, so we hold no diagnostic records, and nothing we keep is a substitute for the notes your doctor holds.

Who else sees anything

A small number of services make the site and our scheduling work. Each sees only what it needs:

• our hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs
• WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way, under Meta’s own terms
• Google Maps, if you load the map on a page, which Google may log

We do not share your information with anyone else for their own purposes.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. An embedded Google Map may set cookies of its own when it loads; if you would rather it did not, block third-party cookies for this site and the rest of the page will work normally.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within a year. Member records are kept while you are a member and for three years after your last session, which is long enough to be useful if you come back. Server logs are kept for a few weeks.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for anything you previously agreed to. Write to hello@gayatriai.com and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page rather than quietly updating it.
