6 concerns
When digestion slows, the whole body notices.
A waistband that depends on the day. Meals that cost you the afternoon. A gut with firm opinions about travel, stress and anything unfamiliar. None of it is dramatic enough to act on, which is exactly why it goes unaddressed for years.
How we work here
What we use here
Plans are almost always two or three of these together, decided at your first session.
What we support in this area
Each one names what we would put in a plan. None of it is a treatment for the condition, and the order is decided at Frequency Mapping, not here.
Bloating and Gas
That uncomfortable, heavy feeling after meals (or sometimes without any obvious trigger) affects more people than you might expect. Persistent bloating can interfere with your comfort, confidence, and daily routine.
What we would suggest
Constipation
When Your Digestion Feels Stuck, Your Whole Body Feels It.
What we would suggest
Heavy Metal Detox
We are all exposed to environmental substances through the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, and the products we use. Over time, the body's natural detoxification pathways can become overburdened, and many people begin to notice persistent fatigue, brain fog, skin concerns, or a general sense of not feeling their best.
IBS and Gut Issues
The unpredictability is often the hardest part. Cramping, bloating, urgency, alternating between discomfort and relief with no clear pattern.
What we would suggest
Metabolic Sluggishness
A slow metabolism can make everything feel harder: weight creeps up despite your best efforts, energy dips in the afternoon, and your body simply does not burn fuel the way it used to. Metabolic slowdown is common with age, stress, and sedentary habits, but it does not have to define your experience.
What we would suggest
Weight Management
A Healthier Weight Begins with a Healthier Balance.
Questions people ask
- Will this replace what my doctor has prescribed?
- No. Nothing here is a substitute for medical care. Persistent changes in digestion deserve a doctor's opinion first, and we will say so rather than book you in.
- Is colon hydrotherapy uncomfortable?
- Most people describe it as odd rather than painful. It is a 40-minute closed-circuit session on a gravity-fed system, you are covered throughout, and you are in a private room with your own bathroom.
- How many sessions before I know whether this is working?
- We review at four. Early enough to change course, long enough to be a fair trial. If nothing has shifted by then, we would rather say so than sell you a longer course.
- Do I need to fast or prepare beforehand?
- Nothing severe. A light meal a couple of hours before rather than a heavy one, and plenty of water the day before. We will tell you anything else when you book, and it is a short list.
- Can I combine several therapies in one visit?
- Sometimes, though colon hydrotherapy is usually better given a day of its own. We work that out at Frequency Mapping.
Everything here starts in the same place
A Frequency Mapping session, before any therapy is booked. It is where we work out which of these belong in your plan, in what order, and which are not worth your money.
